Service Description

Our Admin Café sessions are designed to help you make meaningful progress on tricky French admin tasks in a warm, supportive environment. *Next session: April 26th, 3-6pm* These are group work sessions where participants work through their own admin to-do lists independently, side by side, with guidance available from our team as needed. We will be on hand to answer questions, offer direction, and help participants move forward. The sessions are informational and educational in nature and are intended to support participants in making progress on their own tasks. They do not replace individualized professional advice or formal tax, legal, or accounting services. We provide the space and the good company. Coffee and snacks are available for purchase at the café and are not included in the €29 participation fee. Come prepared with your questions, your documents, and your to-do list, and we’ll help you move things forward. These 3-hour, in-person sessions are held quarterly, or depending on demand, and focus on topics such as: • Visa paperwork, including renewals, OFII appointments, and residency cards • Setting up a micro-entreprise, navigating URSSAF, and creating invoices that meet French legal requirements • Applying for government services or benefits, including CAF, France Travail, and carte vitale • Preparing or filing a first French tax return, accessing your avis d’imposition • Dealing with French bureaucracy related to life events such as marriage, divorce, inheritance, and more Our goal is to create a welcoming space where people can get unstuck, build confidence, and make real progress without added stress.
