Admin Café: Quarterly Support Meetups

Service Description

Our Admin Café sessions are designed to help you power through tricky French admin tasks in a warm, supportive environment. These are group work sessions where participants tackle their own admin tasks independently, side by side, in a supportive environment. Our team — including 1-2 admin support staff and experts in selected domains — will be on hand to answer questions and provide guidance as needed. We provide the space, the good company, coffee, and some snacks to keep you going. Come prepared with your to-do list, and we'll help you get through it! These 3-hour, in-person sessions are held quarterly (or more frequently, depending on demand) and focus on key themes like: - Visa paperwork (renewals, OFII appointments, residency cards) - Setting up a micro-entreprise, Navigating URSSAF, and creating invoices that meet French legal requirements - Applying for government services or benefits: CAF, France Travail (ex. Pole Emploi), carte vitale, etc. - Filing French taxes (income declarations, accessing your Avis d’Imposition), navigating French retirement planning and pension systems, dealing with French bureaucracy for life events (marriage, divorce, inheritance) and more... We understand that finances can sometimes be tight, especially when you're navigating life in a new country. To ensure these sessions are accessible to everyone, we offer two pricing options: Standard Rate: €90 – For those who can comfortably afford to pay full price. Community Rate: €50 – A reduced rate for those who could use a little extra support right now. We trust you to choose the option that feels right for you — no questions asked. If you're able to pay the Standard Rate, it helps us continue to offer the Community Rate to those who need it.
